    • We use names and email addresses/telephone numbers to respond to enquiries people send us. This is necessary so we can contact them with an answer, and we collect nothing more than that. It benefits the individual, who gets a reply, and us, as we can deal with queries efficiently. The impact on individuals is minimal: the data is basic, they would expect us to use it this way, it is kept securely, used only for the enquiry and deleted when no longer needed.
